• Advisory experiences include business valuations; expert witness testimony; mergers and acquisitions; business turnarounds and restructurings; and fair value accounting.
  
  
• Holds a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from the NACVA and an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) from the AICPA.
