• Over 20 years of public accounting experience, including 17 years with the Syracuse office of a “national” accounting firm as client service tax manager and finance manager for the firm’s global tax practice.

• Mike also has 2 years of industry experience as corporate tax and risk manager for a closely-held global manufacturer of high-tech medical products.

• Mike has served as a tax and business advisor to a wide range of clients, including publicly traded companies, family owned businesses and high net worth individuals.

• Client service focused on proactive tax planning, tax compliance services, complex problem solving and management of risk.

• Mike has extensive experience in all aspects of business and individual taxation, including taxation of corporations (including S corporations), partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, international tax planning, multi-state tax considerations, succession planning and negotiations with tax authorities.

• Client experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, retail, medical and other professional services.
