Joe's client service experience
incorporates all aspects of providing domestic,
international and multi-state tax compliance and
planning (including mergers, acquisitions and
divestiture assistance) for corporations and their
shareholders in the manufacturing, construction,
hi-tech, wholesale distribution and service
businesses.

Joe also has extensive experience
with FASB 109 income tax reporting and has assisted in the
implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as it relates to
internal controls over the income tax function.
